Delivery policy

Williams Boutique cooperates with local couriers, DHL, UPS, Aramex and Australia Post, which allows us to deliver the products directly to your door and proudly offer fixed transport prices.


You will be charged when your order is placed and all payments must be reviewed and approved before shipping and may take several days to process. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or orders that require additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled.



Delivery process

We start processing your order immediately, so we cannot make changes to the order after it has been placed (including address changes). We only deliver to the address given at checkout. You will only be charged for the products shipped and applicable shipping and tax costs.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

We only deliver on weekdays and not on Saturdays or public holidays.

On average, we need 1-3 business days to process your order, but some products may take longer, especially during major holidays or if your order contains popular products with availability issues. Orders are shipped as soon as stock availability is confirmed.

If there are several products in the order, the products may be sent separately and received on different days due to differences in the locations of the production partners.
