We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to restrict the sale of our products or services to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products or services we offer. All product descriptions or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. All offers made on this site for products or services are void where prohibited.
We do not guarantee that the quality of the products, services, information or other material you purchase or acquire will meet your expectations or that errors in the Service will be corrected.
Although we do our best in quality control to minimize size variations, there may be a 3-7 cm size difference in clothes and a 1 cm size difference in shoes.
Please note that the color, size and style of the products may differ slightly from the images on the website.
Delivery:
If you have ordered and not picked up the delivery before it is returned to us (within about 7 days), we will charge you 50% of the purchase price for our work related to processing the order.
If the shipment tracking shows that the package has been delivered, but you have not received your order, first contact the post office or another transport company and ask what has happened to your package. If the post office or other transport company says that the package has been lost in transit, you must request an official certificate of the lost package and send it to us.
Right of cancellation:
The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
Please note: underwear, masks and beauty products cannot be returned.
Our return address is in China.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. At our discretion, we may limit or cancel individual, household or order-specific purchase quantities. These restrictions may apply to orders placed with the same customer account, the same credit card and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make changes to the order or cancel the order, we can try to notify you by contacting the email address and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time of placing the order. We reserve the right to limit or deny orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
