Return policy

When buying products, the consumer has the option to cancel the contract without giving reasons within 14 days. The cancellation period starts the day after the consumer or the representative appointed by the consumer and the entrepreneur in advance has received the product.

During the cancellation period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging carefully. He may unpack the product or use it only to the extent necessary to assess whether he wants to keep the product. If the customer exercises his right of withdrawal, he must return the product to the entrepreneur with all accessories and, if reasonable, in its original condition and packaging in accordance with reasonable and clear instructions given by the entrepreneur.

If the consumer wants to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must inform the entrepreneur within 14 days of receiving the product. The consumer must submit a notification in writing/email. When the consumer has indicated that he wants to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must return the product within 14 days. The consumer must prove that the delivered product has been returned on time, for example with a postal receipt.

You have received the wrong product

We are all human, right? Even if we check everything twice, we might send you the wrong product. No problem, send us a picture of the wrong product to info@williamsboutique.com, and our customer service will check it for you.

You have received a damaged/defective product

Although quality is one of our top priorities, it may happen that a damaged product is sent by mistake. In this case, you do not need to return the product. You can keep it or throw it away. All you need to do is send us an email (info@williamsboutique.com) mentioning your order number and attaching a picture of the damaged product. If we see from the picture that the product is damaged, we will send you a new product 100% free of charge as soon as possible. If you meet the aforementioned criteria, send us an email to info@williamsboutique.com.

We do not accept returns or exchanges if

  • The product has been used or is broken
  • These are underwear, masks, hygiene and beauty products.
  • The product has been changed
  • The product(s) is defective in its original and salable condition, unless the condition is our fault.
  • The product(s) does not have the original packaging.

You are responsible for your own shipping costs if you want to return the product. Delivery costs are not refunded. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
